I teach Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga and meditation
I first started yoga 15 years ago and have been teaching yoga and meditation for more then 10 years. Since 2006 I have immersed myself in daily meditation after completing a 6 month meditation teacher course in Canada.
My main form of yoga is Ashtanga, and I have completed a 500h Ashtanga yoga teacher training, both with Alexander Medin and Basia Lipska Larsen.
I also love Yin Yoga, and have a 200h teacher training with Anita Abrahamsen and a training with Paul Grilley. I also love to teach the anatomical aspects of yoga and have done a 100 hours training in yoga anatomy with Leslie Kaminoff and learned therapeutical movements with Gabor Dalnoki.
I also have a five year study in natural medicine – a degree in reflexology, nutrition and homeopathy from the Norwegian Academy of Naturalmedicin
I find inner peace and presence through yoga and meditation, and it is a great way to turn the senses and consciousness inwards. I love to bring meditation into the physical yoga practice and wish to convey this aspect both to those who would like a physical practice and to those who would like to learn meditation.
