The main forms of yoga I teach is Ashtanga (500RYT) and Yin yoga, and I also teach yoga for people with physical and mental challenges.
I give courses in meditation and have been a yoga and meditation teacher since 2006.
I love the way yoga can heal both body and mind through building strength and flexibility, through opening up inwards, surrendering our thinking to be present in this now, and let what needs to be transformed emotionally space to heal.
I also give reflexology, thetahealing and homeopathy.
I find inner peace and presence through yoga and meditation, and it is a great way to turn the senses and consciousness inwards. I love to bring meditation into the physical yoga practice and wish to convey this aspect both to those who would like a physical practice and to those who would like to learn meditation.
